Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) Inspections

A WDO inspection (conducted in accordance with Florida regulation) is designed to detect the presence of wood destroying organisms such as termites, wood decay fungi, and wood boring beetles.

You may be surprised to know that most home inspectors SHOULD NOT be conducting your WDO inspections.  According to Florida Law, a WDO inspection should be conducted by a qualified licensed pest control operator, or their full-time employee with proper ID card.

At DV Home Inspections, we want you to receive THE BEST WDO INSPECTIONS possible.  Therefore, we DO NOT and WILL NOT perform these inspections.  However, if you'd like, we can put you in touch with someone for quality service by a licensed professional in the industry.
